Open a paper of your choice

2.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk - Mask of your choice

3.

Open frame2 - copy and paste as new layer
Add Drop Shadow

4.

Open decor - copy and paste as new layer

Add Drop Shadow

resize it and move it on the left site under the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror

5.

Open snowflakes2 - copy and paste as new layer

Add Drop Shadow

resize it a little bit . move on the frame

6.

Open the Elements of your choice, resize and paste in your tag and add Drop Shadow

Open your tube - copy and paste as new layer

move and style the tube how you like it

resize your tag to 600x600
