You need Supplies
1 Tube of choice
FTU Scrap "KamilahFae" by Fantasy Dreams Designz. You can this Kit on her Blog download
The Mask WSL_Mask255 by Chelle. You can the Mask on her Blog download
The Template 331 by Missy. You can the Template on her Blog download.
I used the beautiful artwork by Ismael Rac. You must purchase a licence to use his art which can be done here
Let's begin!

1.
Open the Template 331 - make a Copy from the Template - delete the Copyinfo - close the Originaltemplate
2.
Go to the Background Layer
Image - Canvas Size to 750x550
Selections - Select All
Layers - new Raster Layer
Open a Paper of your Choice - copy and paste into Selection
Selections - Select None
3.
Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk
WSL_Mask255 - Load
Layers - Merge - Merge Group
Drop Shadow of your Choice

Go to the glittered rectangle1 left
Selections - Float - Selections - Defloat
Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize
Adjust - Manual Color Correction - As target color pick a color of your Choice
Selections - Select None
Make this same with the glittered rectangle2 right Layer
5.
Go to the rectangle left Layer
With the magic wand click in the middle - Flood fill with a color of your Choice
Selections - Select None
Make this same with the rectangle right
6.
Go to the rectangle center
With the magic wand click in the middle
Open a Paper of your Choice - copy and paste as new Layer
Selections - Invert - Press the Delete Key
Selections - Select None
7.
Go to the circle right
With the magic wand click in the middle
Open a Paper of your Choice - copy and paste into Selections
Open your Tube - copy and paste a part of your Tube into Selections
Selections - Select None
Set the Blendmode from the Tube on Luminance(L)
Make this same with the circle left

Go to the frame background
With the magic wand click in the middle - Flood fill with a color of your Choice
Selections - Select None
9.
Open your Tube - copy and paste as new Layer - Resize if necessary
Drop Shadow of your Choice
Select the Select Tool - Draw a rectangular selection around the part, which is to be over the framework

Selections - Promote Selection to Layer
Selections - Select none
Place the Promoted Selection over the Frame Layer

Go to the rectangle right
Open FD-KamilahFae-Element55 - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new Layer
Image - Free Rotate - Right - 15,00
Place it so as mine
Drop Shadow of your Choice
Duplicate - Image - Mirror
Merge down
Duplicate - Image - Flip
so it should look like

Now you can your tag with various elements of the kit embellish
If you want you can write your name or a text on the tag! Add your watermark and copyright information! Merge all and resize if needed!
