This Tutorial written by me. I did it with PSPX2 but it might work with other versions, too.

You need Supplies

1 Tube of choice

Scrap "So Chic" by Sky Scraps. Can you purchase here   

Mask WSL_Mask245 by Chelle. Can you download here

I used the beautiful art of Elias Chatzoudis. You must purchase a licence to use his art which can be done here

Let's begin!

1.

Open a new layer 650x650px - Flood fill with white

Selections / Select all - Layers / new Raster Layer

Open a paper of your Choice - copy and paste as into Selections

Selections / Select None

3.

Layers - load/safe mask - load mask from layer 

WSL_Mask245 - Merge Group

Drop Shadow of your Choice

4.

Open a Sunflower of your Choice - resize to 45% - copy and paste as new layer

Effects / Plugins / MuraMeister / Copies with this Preferences

Drop Shadow of your Choice

5.

Select the magic wand and click in the middle of flower circle

Selections / Modify / Expand by 18px.

Layers - new Raster Layer - Flood fill with the color from your Tube

Arrange - move down

Selections hold

6.

Effects / Plugins / Filters Unlimited 2.0 / penta.com / color dot with this Preferences

7.

Layers - new Raster Layer

Open your Maintube - Select with the Selection Tool a Part of your Tube - Copy this Part and paste it into Selection 

Arrange it under the flower frame

Selections / Select None

8.

I changed the blend mode to Multiply - Duplicate the part of tube - blend modus to hard light

Copy and paste any of the elements from the kit - resizing and positioning around your tag

Copy and paste your Tube as a new layer - place it a bit to the left site

If you want you can write your name or a text on the tag! Add your watermark and copyright information! Merge all and resize if needed!
