Let's begin!

Open a new Rasterlayer 600x450px. - Flood fill with white

2.

Open a paper of your Choice - copy and paste as new Layer

3.

Layers - load/safe mask - load mask from layer

WSL_Mask117 - Merge Group

Drop Shadow of your Choice

4.

Open frame4_bc_ohsoblue - copy and paste as new Layer

Select the magic wand and click in the middle of the frame

Selections / Modify - Expand by 5

5.

Open your Tube - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange the tube into Selection

Selections / invert / delete

6.

Open bead3_bc_ohsoblue - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new Layer

move above them on the right side and over the mask layer

DropShadow of your Choice

Duplicate - Image / Mirror - Image / Flip

Open deco3_bc_ohsoblue - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it above them on the left side

Open string1_bc_ohsoblue - copy and paste as new Layer

Open doddle1_bc_ohsoblue - resize to 45% - copy and paste as new Layer

move them below on the right side

Open feather_bc_ohsoblue - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it over the frame and below on the right side

Open ribbonflower1_bc_ohsoblue - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it below on the left side

Open heart6_bc_ohsoblue - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it on the ribbonflower

Arrange it above to the left side

If you want you can write your name or a text on the tag! Add your watermark and copyright information! Merge all and resize if needed!
