  Template5 by Marcia aka Babe's Designz   here

Open the Template5 from Babe Designz and make Shift+D for a Copy

Close the original Template

Hit Layer Shadow - select all - Selection float - Selection defloat

Open  Paper10 or a Paper of Choice - Copy as new Layer - Selection invert - hit delete on your keyboard

Effects - 3D-Effects - Dropshadow 2,2,40,1,black

Selection none

Hit Layer Background - select all - Selection float - Selection defloat

Open Paper6 or a Paper of Choice - Copy as new Layer - Selection invert - hit delete on your keyboard

Effects - 3D-Effects - Dropshadow 2,2,40,1,black

Selection none

Hit Layer Frame1 -click with the magic wand the frame - modify - expand 2px

Open Paper5 or a Paper of Choice - Copy as new Layer - Selection invert - hit delete on your keyboard

Selection none

Hit Layer Frame2 - click with the magic wand in the frame - modify - expand 2px

Open Paper5 or a Paper of Choice -Copy as new Layer - Selection invert - hit delete on your keyboard

Selection invert - Selection hold

New Layer - Open Heartstring - Copy in the Selection

Selection none

Hit Layer Frame2 - click with the magic wand in the frame - modify - expand 2px

Open Paper5 or a Paper of Choice -Copy as new Layer - Selection invert - hit delete on your keyboard

Hit Background - Open doodle1 - Copy as new Layer - arrange it above on the right side

Effects - 3D-Effects - Dropshadow 2,2,40,1,black

Duplicate doodle1 - reflect vertically - reflect horizontal

Hit Layer staples - Open bow3 - resize 65% - Copy as new Layer - free rotate - left - 10

Effects - 3D-Effects - Dropshadow 2,2,40,1,black

10.

Open your Tube - Copy as new Layer - arrange it of your Choice - Add a Dropshadow of Choice

If you want you can write your name or a text on the tag! Add your watermark and copyright information! Merge all and resize if needed!

Save your Taggie and you're done!
