Open a new Raster Layer 650x650px. - Flood fill with white

Selections - Select All

Layers - New Raster Layer

Open a Paper of your Choice - copy and paste into Selections

Selections - Select none

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open FM-Happy New Year Element-45 - resize to 80% - copy and paste as new Layer

Drop Shadow of your Choice

With the Magic Wand click inside the Frame

Selections - Modify - Expand by 8

Open a Paper of your Choice - copy and paste as new Layer

Selections - Invert - delete

Arrange it under the Frame

Selections - Select none

Open FM-Happy New Year Element-29 - copy and paste as new Layer

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open FM-Happy New Year Element-19 - resize to 45% - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it so as mine

Open your Tube - copy and paste as new Layer - Resize if necessary

Drop Shadow of your Choice

(I've used in the tube the effect Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow)

Open FM-Happy New Year Element-36 - resize to 45% - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it to the bottom right of the picture

Open FM-Happy New Year Element-38 - resize to 80% - copy and paste as new Layer

Image - Free Rotate - Left - 90,00

Arrange it so as mine

Open FM-Happy New Year Element-39 - resize to 80% - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it over the Element-38

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Arrange it near Element-36

If you want you can write your name or a text on the tag! Add your watermark and copyright information! Merge all and resize if needed!
