Open a new Layer 700x700px - flood fill with a colour of choice

Open annie'sDesign_Papers3 - copy and paste as new Layer

Layer - new Masklayer - Image

Find WSL_Mask216, Luminance of Source checked, merge group

Dropshadow 1-1-45-12,87-black

Open annie'sdesign_Raindrops - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new Layer - arrange it see my Image

Open annie'sdesign_flower8 - resize to 45% - copy and paste as new Layer - arrange it to the left site

Duplicate annie'sdesign_flower8 - Image - reflect vertically

Open your Tube of choice - copy and paste as new Layer

Open annie'sdesign_ribbon9  - resize to 45% - copy and paste as new Layer - arrange it down on the tube

Open annie'sdesign_butterfly4 - resize to 35% - copy and paste as new Layer - arrange it at the bottom left hand corner on ribbon

Open annie'sdesign_tag6 - resize to 55% - copy and paste as new Layer - arrange it the bottom right hand corner on ribbon - free rotate - right - 15,00
