You need Supplies

1 Tube of choice

WSL_Mask81. Can you download here

Let's begin!

1.

Open a new Raster Layer 650x550px - Flood fill with white

2.

Selections all - Layers - new Raster Layer

Open a paper of your choice - copy and paste into the Selection

Selections - Select none

3.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk

Search WSL_Mask81 - OK

DropShadow of your choice

4.

Open frame-01 - resize to 90% - copy and paste as new Layer

Select the magic wand and click in the middle of the frame

Selections - Modify - Expand by 10

Open a Paper of your choice - copy and paste as new Layer

Selections - invert - delete

Selections - Select none

Move down the paper under the frame

5.

Open your tube - copy and paste as new Layer - Resize if necessary

move it under the frame

DropShadows of your choice

Select the Select Tool - Draw a rectangular selection around the part, which is to be over the framework

Selections - Promote Selection to Layer

Activate to the Original Tube Layer - delete

Selections - Select none

The convert Layer move to the top

6.

Activate the mask layer

Open  glitter-fence - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new Layer

Image - free rotate - right - 14,65

move it above to the right site

DropShadow of your choice

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip

7.

Activate the first Layer

Open sparkle - resize to 45% - copy and paste as new Layer

move it to the right site on the frame

DropShadow of your choice

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip

8.

Open ribbon-charmed - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new Layer

move it underneath on the frame

DropShadow of your choice

Open flower-07 - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new Layer

move it to the right site on the frame

DropShadow of your choice

Open greens-01 - resize to 45% - copy and paste as new Layer

Image - Mirror

move it below to the right site on the frame

Open flower-04 - resize to 35% - copy and paste as new Layer

move it below to the left site on the frame

DropShadow of your choice

Open diamonds - resize to 85% - copy and paste as new Layer

move it so as mine

DropShadow of your choice

Duplicate - Image - Flip

13.

Open butterfly - resize to 55% - copy and paste as new Layer

move it above to the left site on the frame

Image - free rotate - right - 14,65

DropShadow of your Choice

If you want you can write your name or a text on the tag! Add your watermark and copyright information! Merge all and resize if needed!
