Open a new Rasterebene 650x500 - Flood fill with white

2.

Open a Paper of your Choice - copy and paste as new Layer

3.

Layers - load/safe mask - load mask from layer

VIX_Mask362 - Merge Group

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open frame3_bc_ohsoblue - copy and paste as new Layer

Image - resize to 95%

DropShadow of your Choice

Open string2_bc_ohsoblue - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it over the masklayer

Select the magic wand and click in the middle

Selections / Modify / Expand by 5

Open your Tube - copy and paste as new Layer

Selections / invert / delete

Selections / Select none

Arrange it move down

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize

Hue: 0 - Saturation: 0

Effects - Xero - Porcelain with the Standardpreference

Open wire_bc_ohsoblue - Image - resize to 65%  - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it over the masklayer and above to the right side

Image / free rotate - left / 12,58

Duplicate - Image / Mirror - Image / Flip

Open leaves1_bc_ohsoblue - Image - resize to 45% - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it below to the right side

Open flower12_bc_ohsoblue - Image - resize to 55% - copy and paste as new Layer

Image / free rotate - right / 90,00

Arrange it to the leaves

DropShadow of your Choice

Merge - merge down

Duplicate - Image / Mirror

Open bow5_bc_ohsoblue - Image - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it above to the left side

Open heart3_bc_ohsoblue - Image - resize to 40% - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it between the 2 Flowers

If you want you can write your name or a text on the tag! Add your watermark and copyright information! Merge all and resize if needed!
