1.

Open a new Raster Layer 600x600 px. - Flood fill with white

2.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Open a Paper of your Choice - copy and paste into Selections

Selections - Select None

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk
Search Gemsmask21 - Load
Layers - Merge - Merge Group
Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open DBS_PaperPetalHeart01 - resize by 70% - copy and paste as new Layer

Click with the magic wand in the middle of PaperPetalHeart

Selections - Modify - Expand by 5

Open a Paper of your Choice  - copy and paste as new Layer

Selections - Invert - Delete

Selections - Select None

Move the Paper under the PaperPetalHeart

Go to the Mask Layer

Open DBS_ChickenWire02 - resize by 50% - copy and paste as new Layer

Move it so as mine

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Duplicate - Image - Flip - Image - Mirror

Open DBS_Rose01 - resize by 50% - copy and paste as new Layer

Image - Mirror - Image - Free Rotate - Right - 20,00

Move it so as mine

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Go to the PaperPetalHeart Layer

Open DBS_Ladybird_Vine - copy and paste as new Layer

Image - Mirror

Move it to the right site on the PaperPetalHeart

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open DBS_Butterfly02 - resize to 20% - copy and paste as new Layer

Image - Mirror

Move it upwards to the left side on the PaperPetalHeart

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open your Tube - copy and paste as new Layer - Resize if needed

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open DBS_Rose09 - resize to 20% - copy and paste as new Layer

Move it to bottom right in the corner

Drop Shadow of your Choice

If you want you can write your name or a text on the tag! Add your watermark and copyright information! Merge all and resize if needed!
