This Tutorial written by me. I did it with PSPX3 but it might work with other versions, too.

You need Supplies
1 Tube of your choice

I used the beautiful Poser by Luscious Scraps. You must purchase to use her Poser which can be done here. The Poser is in the Kit included.
Let's begin!

1.

Open a new Layer 600x600px - Flood fill with white

Selections - Select All - Layers - New Raster Layer

Open a paper of your Choice - copy and paste into Selections

Selections - Select none

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Diskgemsmask120 - Load
Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open leilani_elements_leafspray - copy and paste as new Layer

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open leilani_elements_frame6 - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it so as mine to the leafspray

Drop Shadow of your Choice

With the magic wand click in the middle of the Frame

Selections - Modify - Expand by 10

Open a paper of your Choice - copy and paste as new Layer

Selections - Invert - Press the Delete Key

Arrange it under the Frame

5.

Select the Mask Layer

Open leilani_elements_mesh - resize to 50% - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it in the upper left of the frame

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Arrange it a little to the right - Merge - Merge down - Duplicate - Image - Flip

Open leilani_elements_sparkles - resize to 80% - copy and paste as new Layer

Drop Shadow of your Choice

7.

Select the first Layer

Open leilani_elements_bow1 - resize to 40% - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it at the top center of the frame (see my picture)

Open the Tube - copy and paste as new Layer - resize if necessary

Drop Shadow of your Choice

If you want you can write your name or a text on the tag! Add your watermark and copyright information! Merge all and resize if needed!
