Let's begin!

1.

Open a new Raster Layer 600x600px - Flood fill with white

2.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selections - Select All 

Open a Paper of your Choice - copy and paste into Selections

Selections - Select None

3.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Diskgemsmask78 - Load
Layers - Merge - Merge Group
Drop Shadow of your Choice

4.

Open frame01_bc_lostmyheart - copy and paste as new Layer

Click with the magic wand in the middle of the frame
Selections / Modify / Expand by 5 px

Open a Paper of your Choice - copy and paste as new Layer

Selections - Invert - Delete 

Selections - Select None

Move the Paper under the Frame

Go to the Mask Layer

Open glitter04_bc_lostmyheart - copy and paste as new Layer

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Move it how you like it

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip

Open doddle02_bc_lostmyheart - copy and paste as new Layer

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Move it a little bit to the right site

Go to the first Layer

Open stitche02_bc_lostmyheart - resize to 40% - copy and paste as new Layer

Image - Free Rotate - Right - 90

Drop Shadow of your Choice 

Move it to right site of the Frame

Open bow01_bc_lostmyheart - copy and paste as new Layer

Move it so as mine

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open flower12_bc_lostmyheart - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new Layer

Move it to the top right corner of the Frame

Open wordart01_bc_lostmyheart - resize to 80% - copy and paste as new Layer

Move it how you like it or so as mine

Open flower11_bc_lostmyheart - resize to 70% - copy and paste as new Layer

Move it to the left site of the Frame ( I rotate the flower a little bit)

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open deco02_bc_lostmyheart - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new Layer

Move it so as mine ( I rotate the deco a little bit)

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open butterfly01_bc_lostmyheart - resize to 70% - copy and paste as new Layer

Move it so as mine or how you like it

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open a Tube of your Choice - copy and paste as new Layer - Resize if necessary

Drop Shadow of your Choice

If you want you can write your name or a text on the tag! Add your watermark and copyright information! Merge all and resize if needed!
