Open a new Layer 600x600px - Flood fill with white

Open a paper of your Choice - copy and paste as new Layer

Layers / Load / Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk

VIX_Mask151 - Merge Group

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open sc_frame_5 - resize to 80% - copy and paste as new Layer

click with the magic wand in the middle of the frame

Selections / Modify / Expand by 5

Open a paper of your Choice - copy and paste as new Layer

Selections / invert / delete

Arrange the Paper move down

Selections / invert

Open a tube of your Choice - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange a part of your tube in the Selections

Selections / invert / delete

Selections / none

Set the Blend Mode to Luminance (L)

Arrange the Tube over the Paper

Open sc_kissme_14 - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it over the masklayer to the left side

Duplicate - Image / Mirror

Open sc_kissme_6 - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it above on the left side

Merge - Merge down

Duplicate - Image / Flip

Open sc_kissme_25 - resize to 70% - copy and paste as new Layer

Image / free rotate - left / 12,85

Arrange it so as mine

Open sc_kissme_70 - resize to 80% - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it to the right side of the frame

Image / free rotate - right / 12,85

now you can add any embellishments of choice in your tag

If you want you can write your name or a text on the tag! Add your watermark and copyright information! Merge all and resize if needed!
