Let's begin!

1.

Open a new Raster Layer 700x600px - Flood fill with white

2.

Selections all - Layers - new Raster Layer

Open a paper of your choice - copy and paste into the Selection

Selections - Select none

3.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk

Search VIX_Mask362 - OK

DropShadow of your choice

4.

Open String 2 - copy and paste as new Layer

DropShadow of your choice

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip

Merge down

Select the magic wand and click in the blanks of the string 2

see as mine

Open a Paper of your choice - copy and paste as new Layer

Selections - invert - delete

Selections - Select none

Move down the paper under the string 2

5.

Activate the Mask Layer

Open Net - copy and paste as new Layer

move it below to the right site

DropShadows of your choice

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip

6.

Open  Glitter Doodle - copy and paste as new Layer

move it below to the right site

DropShadow of your choice

Duplicate - Image - Mirror

7.

Activate the String 2 Layer

Open Cloud 2 - resize to 55% - copy and paste as new Layer

move it to the left site on the String 2

Duplicate it 2x

move it so as mine

Open Sun - copy and paste as new Layer

DropShadow of your choice

Open Feathery Ribbon - resize to 85% - copy and paste as new Layer

move it below to the right site on the String 2

DropShadow of your choice

Duplicate - Image - Mirror

10.

Open Branch 1 - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new Layer

Image - Flip - Image - free rotate - left - 17,25

move it below to the right site on the Feathery Ribbon

Open Lily of the Valley - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new Layer

Image - free rotate - right - 55,00

move it below on the Branch 1

Open Flower 4 - resize to 30% - copy and paste as new Layer

move it so as mine

Open your tube - copy and paste as new Layer - Resize if necessary

move it how you like it

If you want you can write your name or a text on the tag! Add your watermark and copyright information! Merge all and resize if needed!
