You need Supplies

1 Tube of choice

FTU Scrap "Looking" by Fantasy Dreams Designz. You can this Kit on her Blog download.

The Mask WSL_Mask250 by Chelle. You can the Mask on her Blog download.

I used the beautiful artwork by Jose A Cano. You must purchase a licence to use his art which can be done here

Let's begin!

1.

Open a new Raster Layer 600x600px - Flood fill with white

Selections - Select All - Layers - New Raster Layer

Open a Paper of your Choice - copy and paste into Selection

Selections - Select None

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk

WSL_Mask250 - Load

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open FD-Looking-Element14 - resize to 80% - copy and paste as new Layer

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open your Tube - copy and paste as new Layer - Resize if necessary

Drop Shadow of your Choice 

Duplicate the Tube - go to the Original Tube Layer - Adjust - Blur - Graussian Blur - 1,50

Set the blend mode for the copy of the tube layer to Soft Light

Merge down

Select the Select Tool - Draw a rectangular selection around the part, which is to be over the framework

Selections - Promote Selection to Layer

Selections - Select none

The convert Layer move to the top

Open FD-Looking-Element15 - copy and paste as new Layer

Place the Element15 over the Mask Layer

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open FD-Looking-Element9 - resize to 80% - copy and paste as new Layer

Image - Free Rotate - Left - 15,00

Place the Flower on the left site on the Frame

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open FD-Looking-Element19 - resize to 50% - copy and paste as new Layer

Image - Mirror

Place the Flower on the upper right corner of the Frame

Open FD-Looking-Element30  resize to 50% - copy and paste as new Layer

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Place the Butterfly on the upper left corner of the Flower

Open FD-Looking-Element68 - resize to 30% - copy and paste as new Layer

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Place the Shoe on the lower left side

If you want you can write your name or a text on the tag! Add your watermark and copyright information! Merge all and resize if needed!
