1 Tube of choice

Filter Unlimited 2 - Image Enhancement

Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

Open a new Layer 700x700px - Flood fill with white

2.

Open a paper of your Choice - copy and paste as new Layer

3.

Layers / Load / Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk

VIX_Mask363 - Merge Group

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open FM-Little Kisses Element-18 - resize to 90% - copy and paste as new Layer

click with the magic wand in the middle of the frame

Selections / Modify / Expand by 5

Open a paper of your Choice - copy and paste as new Layer

Selections / invert / delete

Selections / Select none

Arrange the Paper under the Frame

Frame and Paper merge down

DropShadow of your Choice

Open FM-Little Kisses Element-58 - resize to 65% copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it above to the left side

Open FM-Little Kisses Element-17 - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it so as mine

Open FM-Little Kisses Element-33 - resize to 60% - copy and paste as new Layer 

Image / free rotate - left / 90,00

Image / free rotate - right / 12,65

Arrange it to the right side of the frame (see my Image)

Open FM-Little Kisses Element-12 - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it so as mine

Open your Tube - copy and paste as new Layer - Resize if necessary

Image / Mirror

Duplicate the tube

Go to the first tube - Effects - Unlimited 2.0 - Image Enhancement - Hue, Saturation, Lightness with this Preferences

Effects - Distortion Effects - Wind

Wind Direction: from right / Wind strengh: 65

10.

Go to the Copy of the tube - Move the tube a little bit to the right

Effects - Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

  

If you want you can write your name or a text on the tag! Add your watermark and copyright information! Merge all and resize if needed!
