This Tutorial written by me. I did it with PSPX2 but it might work with other versions, too.

You need Supplies

1 Tube of choice

1.

Open a new layer 600x600px - Flood fill with white or a colour of your Choice

Open paper5 - resize to 600x600 px - copy and paste as new layer

layers - load mask from disk - WSL_Mask169 - merge group

Open bracket6 - resize to 80% - copy and paste as new layer

Open Bracket1 - resize to 70% - copy and paste as new layer

Open Bling3 - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new layer - image / free rotate - left - degrees 90 - arrange it under backet6 to the right site (see my image)

Duplicate - image / mirror

7.

Open heartframe2 - resize to 55% - copy and paste as new layer - image / free rotate - right degrees 25 - move it up on the right side of the backet (see my Image)

take the eraser tool - delete all what you see on the bracket (see my image)

8.

Open Stemflowerb - resize to 65% - Image / Mirror - copy and paste as new layer - move it to the right site (see my image)

Duplicate - move it slightly offset to the left

9.

Open butterfly5 - resize to 55% - copy and paste as new layer - arrange the butterfly to the right site or how you Like it

Open Bow 4 - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new layer - arrange it to the left site or how you like it

Open Hearts4 - resize to 80% - arrange it below to the right site

now copy your tube and paste as new layer

If you want you can write your name or a text on the tag! Add your watermark and copyright information! Merge all and resize if needed!
