This Tutorial written by me. I did it with PSPX2 but it might work with other versions, too.

You need Supplies

1 Tube of choice

Scrap "Pink is beautiful" by Helga found you here

Mask WSL_Mask107 by Chelle found here

I used the beautiful art of Keith Garvey. You must purchase a licence to use his art which can be done here

Let's begin!

1.

Open a new Image 600x600px, flood with white

2.

New layer and select all

3.

Paste and Copy Paper Cardboard paper1byhelga copy in the Selection

select none

4.

Layer - new Masklayer - Image

Find WSL_Mask107, Luminance of Source checked, merge group

5.

Paste and Copy Heart and Ribbon as a new Layer

resize by 50%

place it move up to the right size

6.

Paste and Copy swirl1 as a new Layer

resize by 50%

place it move down to the left size

7.

Paste and Copy frame1 as a new Layer

resize by 60%

8.

Paste and Copy frame2 as a new Layer

resize by 65%

Effects - 3D-Effects - Dropshadow 2,2,40,1, black

9.

Paste and copy Flower1 as a new Layer

resize by 25%

place it on the left corner of the frame

Duplicate the Flower 2x and move it as it you pleases

Dropshadow

Paste and Copy your Tube as a new Layer

Effects - 3D-Effects - Dropshadow 4,4,40,10, black

11.

Paste and Copy Stamp as a new Layer

resize by 60%

Effects - 3D-Effects - Dropshadow 2,2,40,3, black

Duplicate the Stamp 2x - shift downward (see my Image)

Merge the 3 Stamp together

free rotate 10 degrees right

12.

click with the magic wand in the 3 frames

Selection - modify, expand 6 Pixel

13.

Paste and Copy pink 1 lace paperbyhelga as a new layer, Selection, invert, delete, Selection none, arrange layer down

14.

Copy and paste your Tube as a new Layer, free rotate 10 degrees right and move it under the frame

Click with the magic wand in the 3 frames

Selection, modify, expand 6 Pixel

Selection, invert, delete, Selection none

15.

Copy and Paste BuckledRibbon1 as a new Layer

resize by 85%

move see my Image

16.

Copy and Paste Wordart1 as a new Layer

resize by 65%

Effects - 3D-Effects - Dropshadow 2,2,40,2, black

move up under the tube (see my Image)

If you want you can write your name or a text on the tag! Add your watermark and copyright information! Merge all and resize if needed!
