I used the beautiful Poser by Sophisticated Scraps. The Poser is included in the Kit. 

Let's begin!

1.

Open a new Raster Layer 600x600px - Flood fill with white

2.

Selections - Select All - Layers - new Raster Layer

Open a Paper of your Choice - copy and paste into Selection

Selections - Select None

3.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Diskgemsmask_112 - Load
Layers - Merge - Merge Group
Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open frame10_bc_youandme - copy and paste as new Layer

Click with the magic wand in the middle of the Frame

Selections - Modify - Expand by 5

Open a Paper of your Choice - copy and paste as new Layer

Selections - Invert - Delete

Selections - Select None

Move it under the Frame

Open glitter03_bc_youandme - copy and paste as new Layer

Move it so as mine

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip

Go to the Mask Layer

Open deco08_bc_youandme - resize to 70% - copy and paste as new Layer

Move it so as mine

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip

Open deco05_bc_youandme - copy and paste as new Layer

Move it so as mine

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip

Go to the first Layer

Open fasternet02_bc_youandme - resize to 70% - copy and paste as new Layer

Move it so as mine and arrange under the Frame

Go to the Frame Layer

Open flower11_bc_youandme - resize to 70% - copy and paste as new Layer

Image - Mirror

Move it to the right site on the Frame

Open guitar02_bc_youandme - copy and paste as new Layer

Image - Free Rotate - Left - 20,00

Move it to the left site

Open speaker01_bc_youandme - resize to 40% - copy and paste as new Layer

Move it to the lower right corner 

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open speaker02_bc_youandme - resize to 40% - copy and paste as new Layer

Move it on the other speaker

Open bow_deco02_bc_youandme - resize to 70% - copy and paste as new Layer

move them up into the left upper corner of the frame

Open the Tube - copy and paste as new Layer - Resize if necessary
Drop Shadow of your Choice

If you want you can write your name or a text on the tag! Add your watermark and copyright information! Merge all and resize if needed!
