You need Supplies

1-2 Tube of choice

PTU Scrap "Starlight Starbright" by Bea Creations. Can you purchase here or a Scrap of choice

Let's begin!

1.

Open the Template - make a copy - close the orginal - delete the copyinfo and the textlayer

2.

Activate the backgroundlayer - Image - Canvas Size to 700x400px

3.

Open glitter2_bc_starlightstarbright - copy and paste as new layer

Arrange it to the left site

DropShadow of your choice

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip

4.

Open doddle1_bc_starlightstarbright - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new layer

Arrange it to the right site

DropShadow of your choice

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip

5.

Open leaves1_bc_starlightstarbright - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new layer

Arrange it left above the left corner

DropShadow of your choice

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip

Activate rectangle layer - take the magic wand and click in the middle

Open a paper of your choice - copy and paste as new layer

Selections - invert - delete

Selections - Select none

Activate black ring layer - take the magic wand and click in the 2 rings

Open a paper of your choice - copy and paste as new layer

Selections - invert - delete

Selections - invert - DropShadow of your Choice

Selections - Select none

Activate pink circle layer - take the magic wand and in the 2 circles

Open a paper of your choice - copy and paste as new layer

Selections - invert - delete

Selections - Select none

Activate the pink circle layer again - take the magic wand and click in the left circle

Layers - new Raster layer

Open your tube - copy and paste into the Selections

Selections - Select none

Arrange it over the paper layer

Duplicate the tube

Activate the original tube layer - Adjust - Blur - Graussian Blur - set the radius to 3,00

Activate the copy tube layer - set the Blend Mode to Hard Light

Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds with this preferences

Layers - Merge - Merge Down

DropShadow of your choice

Duplicate - Image Mirror

9.

Activate dotted lines layer

Open heart5_bc_starlightstarbright - resize to 85% - copy and paste as new layer

Arrange it down on the right corner

DropShadow of your choice

10.

Open butterfly2_bc_starlightstarbright - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new layer

Arrange it down on the left corner

Image - Free Rotate - Left - 15,00

Adjust - Sharpness - Unsharp Mask

Radius 1,00 - Strength 36 - Clipping 1

DropShadow of your choice

11.

Open buckle2_bc_starlightstarbright - resize to 85% - copy and paste as new layer

Arrange it up on the left corner

DropShadow of your choice

Duplicate - Image - Mirror

12.

Open your tube - copy and paste as new layer - Resize if necessary

Duplicate the tube

Activate the original tube layer - Adjust - Blur - Graussian Blur - set the radius to 3,00

Activate the copy tube layer - set the Blend Mode to Hard Light

If you want you can write your name or a text on the tag! Add your watermark and copyright information! Merge all and resize if needed!
