You need Supplies
1 Tube of your choice
 PTU Scrap "ThinkPink" by Bastelgalaxy. You can purchase the kit at Dreaming Scrappers.

1.

Open a new Raster Layer 600x600 px - Flood fill with white

2.

Selections - Select All - Layers - new Raster Layer

Open a Paper of your Choice - copy and paste into Selections

Selections - Select None

3.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk
WSL_Mask246 - Load
Layers - Merge - Merge Group - Resize to 90%
Drop Shadow of your Choice

4.

Open frame03_bg_thinkpink - copy and paste as new Layer

Selections - Modify - Expand by 4

Open a Paper of your Choice - copy and paste as new Layer

Selections - Invert - Press the Delete Key

Selections - Select None

Place the Paper under the Frame

Apply a Drop Shadow of your Choice on the Frame

Open your Tube or Close-Up - copy and paste as new Layer - Resize if necessary

Place the Tube under the Frame

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Duplicate the Tube

Go to the Originial Layer Tube

Adjust - Blur - Graussian Blur - Radius 5,00

Go to the Copy Layer Tube 

Set the Blend Mode to Soft Light

Go to the Mask Layer

Open doodle03_bg_thinkpink - resize to 60% - copy and paste as new Layer

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Duplicate - Image - Flip - Image - Mirror

7.

Open bling_bg_thinkpink - resize to 80% - copy and paste as new Layer

Place the Bling under the Tubes and move it to the top of the Frame.

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Go to the Frame Layer

Open flower13_bg_thinkpink - resize to 80% - copy and paste as new Layer

Place the Flower13 at the left bottom of the Frame

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip

9.

Open flower10_bg_thinkpink - resize to 60% - copy and paste as new Layer

Place the flower10 to the right bottom of the Frame

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open butterfly03_bg_thinkpink - resize to 60% - copy and paste as new Layer

Place the Butterfly how you like it

Drop Shadow of your Choice

If you want you can write your name or a text on the tag! Add your watermark and copyright information! Merge all and resize if needed!
