You need this Supplies
1 Tube of choice
I use the beautiful tube from Verymany. You must purchase a licence to use his art which can be done PFD.
Let's begin!

Open a new Image 630x630px.
Selections - Selection all
Open a Paper of your choice - copy and paste into Selection
Selections - Select none

Selections - Selection all
Open a Paper of your choice - copy and paste into Selection
Selections - Select none

Layers - load/safe mask - load mask from layer
Gemsmask-192 - Merge Group
Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open PaBD_fashion_frame4 - resize to 20% - copy and paste as new Layer
Open your Tube - resize if necessary - copy and paste as new Layer
Take the magic wand and click in the 3 frames
Selections - Modify - Expand to 3
Open a paper of your choice - copy and paste as new Layer
Selections - Invert - press the delete key
Go to the tube - press the delete key
Move both under the frame
Duplicate the tube
Go the first tube layer - Adjust - Blur - Graussian Blur - set to 3
To the duplicate Tube - Set Blendmode to Hard Light
Merge Frame, the tubes and the paper down - move the frame a little bit to the left
Image - free rotate - left - 3,00
Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize - both to 0 OK
Open your tube - resize if necessary - copy and paste as new Layer
Duplicate the tube
To the first tube layer - Adjust - Blur - Graussian Blur - set to 3
To the duplicate tube - Set Blendmode to Screen

Open PaBD_fashion_wa1 - resize to 15% - copy and paste as new Layer
move it down on the tube
Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open PaBD_fashion_wa3 - resize to 15% - copy and paste as new Layer
rotate it up a little bit and move it like I did
Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open PaBD_fashion_wa2 - resize to 15% - copy and paste as new Layer
rotate it up a little bit and move it like I did
Drop Shadow of your Choice
7.
Open Lipstick, Slipper, Brush, Splitpolish,Swirl and Flower decorate your tag as you like
Add your watermark and the credits if necessary.
That's it!!!

Open PaBD_fashion_frame4 - resize to 20% - copy and paste as new Layer
Open your Tube - resize if necessary - copy and paste as new Layer

Open PaBD_fashion_wa2 - resize to 15% - copy and paste as new Layer
rotate it up a little bit and move it like I did
