I use the beautiful tube from Zindy S.D. Nielsen. You must purchase a licence to use his art which can be done here.
Let's begin!

1.

Open a new layer 600x600px

Selection - select all

Open Paper of your Choice - copy and paste into Selection

Selections - select none

Layers - load/safe mask - load mask from layer
Gemsmasks-194 - Merge Group
Drop Shadow of your Choice

3.

Open ele39 - copy and paste as new layer

Open your Tube - copy and paste as new layer

Go to the frame layer - with the magic wand click in the middle of the frame

Selections - Modify - Expand to 6 - Selections - Invert

Go to the tube layer - press the delete key

 arrange the tube under the frame layer

4.

Open ele26 - copy and paste as new layer

move it over the mask layer and move it to the bottom

Drop Shadow of your Choice - duplicate

Image - Flip

5.

Open ele40 - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new layer

move it up right in the corner

Drop Shadow of your Choice

6.

Go the frame layer 

Open ele10 - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new layer

move it down to the frame

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Duplicate

Image - Flip

7.

Open ele19 - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new layer

move it up to the frame

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Duplicate

Image - free rotate - left - 90,00 - Image - Flip

move it to the right site on the frame

8.

Open ele42 - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new layer

Image - Flip

move it to left site on the frame

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Duplicate

Image - Mirror

9.

Open the Elements, resize and paste in your tag and add Drop Shadow

Add your watermark and the credits if necessary.
