I use the beautiful tube from Jose Cano. You must purchase a licence to use his art which can be done here.
Let's begin!

1.

Open a new layer 600x600px.

Selections - Select all

Open a Paper of your choice - copy and paste into Selection

Selections - Select none

Layers - load/safe mask - load mask from layer
Gemsmasks-196 - Merge Group
Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open Lacarolita_I Love Rock'n Roll Frame3 - copy and paste as new layer

Click with the magic wand in the frame3

Selections - Modify - Expand by 2

Open a other paper of your choice - copy and paste as new layer

Selections - Invert - Press the delete Key

Selections - Select none

4.

Open your tube - copy and paste as new layer

move a part of your tube in the middle of the frame

click with the magic wand in the middle of the frame
Selections - Modify - Expand by 2
Selections - Invert - press the delete key
move the tube under the frame 
(I have applied on the tube a drop shadow Graussian Blur and various Screen) 

Selections - Select none

5.

Open Lacarolita_I Love Rock'n Roll Musical_notes1 

Image - resize to 50% - copy and paste as new layer

move it down on the right site - rotate the note a little bit

Drop Shadow of your choice

6.

Open Lacarolita_I Love Rock'n Roll Drums 

Image - resize to 30-35% - copy and paste as new layer

move it down on the left site

Drop Shadow of your choice

7.

Open Lacarolita_I Love Rock'n Roll Guitar2

Image - resize to 60% - Image - Mirror - copy and paste as new layer

move it down on the left site

Drop Shadow of your choice

Add your watermark and the credits if necessary.
