Unlimited 2 

Paper Textures - Striped Paper, Fine

Graphics Plus - Old Photo, Spot Lite & White Out

I use the beautiful tube from Tim Lowery. You must purchase a licence to use his art which can be done here.
Let's begin!

Signature

1.

Open a 600x250 Image

Floodfill it with a Gradient with Colours from your Tube

Open your Tube - copy and paste as new Layer

Duplicate - select the first layer tube

Adjust - Blur - Graussian Blur - Radius 14,00

Select the copy of the tube - set the Blend Mode to lighten

Merge All (Flattern)

Open Filter Unlimited 2 - Paper Textures - Striped Paper, Fine with the Preferences

 Intensity - 46

Lightness - 13

But you need Graphics Plus - Old Photo not use.

Filter Unlimited2 - Graphics Plus - Old Photo

Graphics Plus - Spot Lite with the Preferences

Center X - 0

Center Y - 220

Size - 142

Focus - 28

Inner Grain - 54

Outer Grain - 135

Duplicate the Image

Filter Unlimited 2  - Graphics Plus - White Out with the Preferences

Size - 166

Intensity - 117

Set the Blend Mode to Soft Light

MergeAll (Flattern)

Open the same tube - copy and paste as new layer - resize if needed

Image - Mirror

Duplicate the tube - select the first layer tube

Adjust - Blur - Graussian Blur - Radius 14,00

Select the copy of the tube - set the Blend Mode to Luminance

Open again your tube - copy and paste as new layer - resize if needed

Image - Mirror
move the tube in the lower right corner

Duplicate the tube - select the first layer tube

Adjust - Blur - Graussian Blur - Radius 14,00

Select the copy of the tube - set the Blend Mode to Hard Light

Merge down

9.

new raster layer
move it under the first tube

Selections Tool - Selections - Rectangle

drag a rectangle on your tag - set the Blend Mode to Screen

write your text & add the copyright

Open a 150x150 image

Now, I have drawn one part of the Signature, which I would use for Ava

copy and paste into layer

add the copyright

and you're done
