I use the beautiful tube from Keith Garvey. You must purchase a licence to use his art which can be done here.
Let's begin!

1.

Open a 600x600px image

Selections - Select All

Open a paper of your choice - copy and paste into Selection

Selections - Select none

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk - WSL_Mask287

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Add Drop Shadow

Open the frame1 - resize to 80% - copy and paste as new layer

now take your close-up tube - copy and paste as new layer

move the tube under the frame

click with the magic wand in the middle of the frame

Selections - Modify - Expand by 5

add the tube layer - Selections - Invert - Press the Delete Key

Selections - Select none

4.

Open element42 - resize to 98% - copy and paste as new layer

move it over the mask layer

add Drop Shadow

5.

Open your other tube - copy and paste as new layer

Image - Mirror

add Drop Shadow

6.

Open the Elements, resize and paste in your tag and add Drop Shadow

Add your watermark and the credits if necessary.
