Let's begin!

1.

Open a 600x600px Image

Selections - Select all 

Open a Paper of your choice - copy and paste into Selection

Selections - Select none

2.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk - Mask of your choice

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Add Drop Shadow

Duplicate - Merge down

3.

Open ERC-22 - resize your choice - copy and paste as new layer

move the element to the left above

Add Drop Shadow 

Duplicate - Image - Flip - Image - Mirror

4.

Open ERC-21 - resize your choice - copy and paste as new layer

move the element to the left above

Add Drop Shadow

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip

Open ERC-24 - copy and paste as new layer

Image - free rotate - left - free 10

click with magic wand into the 3 parts of the frame

Selections - Modify - Expand by 5-8

Open a paper of your choice - copy and paste as new layer

Selections - Invert - Press Delete Key

Selections - Select none

Move the paper under the frame

 6.

Open the Elements of your choice, resize and paste in your tag and add Drop Shadow

Open your tube - resize if necessary - copy and paste as new layer

Add Drop Shadow

Add your watermark and the credits if necessary.
