Merge down
Add Drop Shadow

Original Tube - Adjust - Blur - Graussian Blur - 3,00

click with the magic wand in the border - Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise - Graussian - 60% - Monochrome
Selection - Invert - Add Drop Shadow

Selections - Select all
Open a paper of your choice - copy and paste into Selection
