This Tutorial written by me. I did it with PSPX2 but it might work with other versions, too.

Mask of your choice

Font Just Realize. Can you download on this page DaFont

Let's begin!

1.

Open a 600x600px Image

Select all

Open Paper10 - copy and paste into Selections

Select none

2.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk - Mask of your choice

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Add Drop Shadow

 3.

Open Frame01 - resize - copy and paste as new layer - rotate the frame a little bit

Select with the magic wand in the middle from the frame

Selections - Modify - Expand by 5px

Open Paper02 - copy and paste as new layer

Selections - Invert - Press Delete Key

Select none

move it under the frame

Change Blend Mode  to Overlay

Open your tube - copy and paste as new layer - move it like I did

Select with the magic wand in the middle from the frame

Selections - Invert - Press Delete Key

Duplicate the Key

Original Tube - Adjust - Blur - Graussian Blur - 3,00

Copy Tube - Change Blend Mode to Overlay - Merge down

Change Blend Mode to Lighten again

Add Drop Shadow

5.

Open the Elements of your choice, resize and paste in your tag and add Drop Shadow

Add your watermark and the credits if necessary.
