You need this Supplies

  Tube of your Choice - My Tube is from Keith Garvey

Mask of your choice
Font of your choice

Let's begin!

1.

Open a new Image 600x600px

2.

Selections - Select all

Open a paper of your choice - copy and paste into Selections

Select none

3.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk - Mask of your choice

Open BLT_Burl_Frame3 - copy and paste as new layer

resize the frame as you would like it

Add Drop Shadow of your choice

click in the frame - expand by 10-15

Open a paper of your choice - copy and paste as new layer

Selection - invert

Press the delete Key - select none

move under the frame

Open your Tube - copy and paste as new layer - resize if necessary

Add Drop Shadow

move the tube under the frame

Select the Select Tool - Draw a rectangular selection around the part, which is to be over the frame

Selections - Promote Selection to LayerSelections - Select noneThe convert Layer move to the top
6.

Open the Elements of your choice, resize and paste in your tag and add Drop Shadow

Add your watermark and the credits if necessary.
