Make Background layer active

Open a paper of your choice - Select all - copy and paste into Selection

Select none 

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk - Mask of your choice

Add Drop Shadow

Merge down

Selections - Float - Selections - Defloat

Modify - Expand by 2

Open a paper of your choice - copy paste as new layer

Invert - Press Delete Key

Select none

resize and move on the left site

Duplicate - Image - Mirror

resize it and move the element on the left site

arrange the duplicated elements so as on my image

Add the elements merge down

resize and style, how you like it

Add Drop Shadow 

resize your tag to 600x600

Add your watermark and the credits if necessary.
