Open Template3

copy the Template and delete the copy, overlay & spider web layer

2.

Make Background layer active

Open a paper of your choice - Select all - copy and paste into Selection

Select none 

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk - Mask of your choice

Add Drop Shadow

Active purple oval

select all

Selections - Float - Selections - Defloat

Open a paper of your choice - copy and paste as new layer

Selections - Invert - Press Delete Key

select none

Add Drop Shadow

Active blue square

select all

Selections - Float - Selections - Defloat

Open a paper of your choice - copy and paste as new layer

Selections - Invert - Press Delete Key

select none

Add Drop Shadow

Active white circle

select all

Selections - Float - Selections - Defloat

Open a paper of your choice - copy and paste as new layer

Selections - Invert - Press Delete Key

select none

Active orange circle

select all

Selections - Float - Selections - Defloat

Open a paper of your choice - copy and paste as new layer

Selections - Invert - Press Delete Key

Active white rectangles

select all

Selections - Float - Selections - Defloat

Open a paper of your choice - copy and paste as new layer

Selections - Invert - Press Delete Key

Active green rectangles

select all

Selections - Float - Selections - Defloat

Open a paper of your choice - copy and paste as new layer

Selections - Invert - Press Delete Key

select none

Add Drop Shadow

add left and right a tube of your choice and style how you like it

the wordarts layer can you style, how you like it

10.

Open your tube - copy and paste as new layer - resize if necessary

Add Drop Shadow

Move it how you like it

Open the Elements of your choice, resize and paste in your tag and add Drop Shadow

resize your tag to 600x600

Add your watermark and the credits if necessary.
