Open a paper of your choice - Select all - copy and paste into Selection

Adjust - Manual Color Correction

fill with your color of choice

make the same with the layer blue and brown dotted

resize and style, how you like it

Add Drop Shadow 

resize your tag to 600x600

Add your watermark and the credits if necessary.
