You need Supplies

1 Tube of your choice

PTU Scrap "Wedding in Winter" by Bastelgalaxy. which can be purchased here

Let's begin!

1.

Open a new Raster Layer 600x600px - Flood fill with white

2.

Selections - Select All

Layers - New Raster Layer

Open a Paper of your Choice - copy and paste into Selections

Selections - Select None

3.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk
Gemsmask 43 - Load

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

4.

Open frame03_BG_WeddingInWinter - copy and paste as new Layer

With the magic wand click in the middle of the frame

Selections - Modify - Expand by 5

Open a Paper of your Choice - copy and paste as new Layer

Selections - Invert - Press the Delete Key

Selections - Select None

Open your Tube - copy and paste as new Layer - Resize if necessary

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open doodle04_BG_WeddingInWinter - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it down under the frame, so that half can be seen (see my Image)

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Duplicate - Image - Flip

7.

Go to the Frame Layer

Open heart07_BG_WeddingInWinter - copy and paste as new Layer

Image - Mirror

Arrange it to bottom left on the frame

Open flower05_BG_WeddingInWinter - copy and paste as new Layer

Image - Mirror

Arrange it to bottom right on the frame

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open butterfly05_BG_WeddingInWinter - resize to 45% - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it it to the left top of the frame

Drop Shadow of your Choice

If you want you can write your name or a text on the tag! Add your watermark and copyright information! Merge all and resize if needed!
