This Tutorial written by me. I did it with PSPX2 but it might work with other versions, too.

You need Supplies

1 Tube of your choice

PTU Scrap "Green and Black" by Bea Creations. which can be purchased here

Gemsmask 19 Can you download here

I used the beautiful artwork by Rachael Huntington. You must purchase a licence to use his art which can be done here

Let's begin!

1.

Open a new Layer 600x600px - Flood fill with white

2.

Selections - Select all - Layers - new Raster Layer

Open a Paper of your Choice - copy and paste into the Selections

Selections - Select none

3.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk

Gemsmask 19 - Load

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Arrange the mask in the upper left corner

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip

Arrange the mask in the lower right corner

Open frame01_bc_greenandblack - resize to 90% - copy and paste as new Layer

With the magic wand click in the middle of the frame

Open a Paper of your Choice - copy and paste as new Layer

Selections - Invert - Press the Delete Key

Selections - Select None

Arrange it under the Frame

Open your first Tube - copy and paste as new Layer - Resize if necessary

DropShadow of your choice

Select the Select Tool - Draw a rectangular selection around the part, which is to be over the framework

see hereSelections - Promote Selection to Layer

Activate to the Original Tube Layer - Press the Delete Key

Selections - Select none

The convert Layer move to the top

Go to the Mask Layer

Open bling02_bc_greenandblack - resize to 50% - copy and paste as new Layer

Image - Free Rotate - Right - 50,00

Arrange it up to the right in the corner

DropShadow of your Choice

Duplicate - Image - Flip

Layers - Merge - Merge down

Duplicate - Image - Mirror

7.

Go to the Paper Layer

Open deco01_bc_greenandblack - resize to 80% - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it to bottom right in the corner (see my picture)

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip

Open deco02_bc_greenandblack - resize to 85% - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it into the top left corner

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip

Open flower08_bc_greenandblack - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it to the left site on the frame

Drop Shadow of your Choice

10.

Open heart04_bc_greenandblack - resize to 80% - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it to the left bottom of the frame

Image - Free Rotate - Left - 15,00

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open heart03_bc_greenandblack - resize to 80% - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it to the left bottom of the frame (see my Image)

Image - Free Rotate - Right - 15,00

Drop Shadow of your Choice

Open candle01_bc_greenandblack - resize to 60% - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it to the right site

Open flowerwithbow02_bc_greenandblack - resize to 60% - copy and paste as new Layer

Arrange it to the right site on the candle

Drop Shadow of your Choice

  If you want you can write your name or a text on the tag! Add your watermark and copyright information! Merge all and resize if needed!
