Open a new Raster Layer 600x600px - Flood Fill with white

2.

Open GC_Adoration_clusterframe - resize to 75% - copy and paste as new Layer

3.

Select the magic wand an click in the middle of the frame

Selections - Modify - Expand by 10

Open a paper of your choice - copy and paste as new Layer

Selections - invert - delete

Selections - Select none

Open GC_Adrn_wreath - resize to 75% - copy and paste as new Layer

DropShadow of your choice

Open GC_Adrn_whtgltrsplatter - resize to 60% - copy and paste as new Layer

move it above to the right site under the paper

DropShadow of your choice

Duplicate - Image / Mirror / Image / Flip

Open GC_Adrn_blkribon - resize to 45% - copy and paste as new Layer

move it above to the left site over the paper

Duplicate - Image / Mirror

Open GC_Adrn_stemrose1 - resize to 45% - copy and paste as new Layer

Image / free rotate - left / 63,25

Open GC_Adrn_stemrose2 - resize to 40% - copy and paste as new Layer

Image / free rotate - left / 63,25

move it so as mine

Merge / Merge down the 2 roses

Duplicate - Image / Mirror

Open GC_Adrn_roseribbon - resize to 65% - copy and paste as new Layer

move it between the roses

Open GC_Adrn_rribbon - resize to 55% - copy and paste as new Layer

move it so as mine

move it between the blkribon

move it to the knotribbon

Open GC_Adrn_butterfly2 - resize to 25% - copy and paste as new Layer

move it how you like it

Open GC_Adrn_wsqhrt - resize to 35% - copy and paste as new Layer

move it below to the right site

Open GC_Adrn_rsqhrt - resize to 30% - copy and paste as new Layer

move it on the wsqhrt

Open your tube - copy and paste as new Layer - Resize if necessary

If you want you can write your name or a text on the tag! Add your watermark and copyright information! Merge all and resize if needed!
