This Tutorial written by me. I did it with PSPX5 but it might work with other versions, too.

You need this Supplies

  Tube of your Choice - My Tube is from Amy Matthews

Can you purchase Creative Design Outlet

Mask of your choice
Font of your choice

Let's begin!

1.

Open a new Image 600x600px
2.

Selections - Select all

Open a paper of your choice - copy and paste into Selections

Select none

3.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk - Mask of your choice

Open KPD-GB-FRAME1 - copy and paste as new layer

resize if necessary

Add Drop Shadow

click with the magic wand in the middle of the frame

Selections - Modify - Expand by 10-15

Open a paper of your choice - copy and paste as new layer

Invert - Press delete Key

Selections - Invert

Select none

5.

Open the Tube - copy and paste as new layer

Select the Select Tool - Draw a rectangular selection around the part, 

which is to be over the frame

Selections - Promote Selection to Layer 

Selections - Select none

The convert Layer move to the top

6.

Open the Elements of your choice, resize and paste in your tag and add Drop Shadow

Add your watermark and the credits if necessary.
