This Tutorial written by me. I did it with PSPX2 but it might work with other versions, too.

Mask of your choice

Font of your choice

Let's begin!

1.

Open a paper of your choice

2.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk - Mask of your choice

3.

Open 34 - copy and paste as new layer

resize the element

Add Drop Shadow

move it to the left site

4.

Open 35 - copy and paste as new layer

move it to the right site

Add Drop Shadow

5.

Open 88 - copy and paste as new layer

resize a little bit

click in the middle with the magic wand 

Selections - Modify - Expand by 5

Open a paper of your choice - copy and paste as new layer

Selections - Invert - Press Delete Key

Select - Invert

Open your Tube - copy and paste as new layer

set a part from the tube in the middle the ele 88 - Select - Invert

Press Delete Key

Select none

move it so how on my Image or how you like it

Open the Elements of your choice, resize and paste in your tag and add Drop Shadow

Open your Tube - copy and paste as new layer

Add Drop Shadow

resize if necessary

Add your watermark and the credits if necessary.
